Cancellation Policy

Therapeutic Roots Lexington, South Carolina, US Cancellation Policy Please provide at least 48 hours notice for any appointment cancellation or rescheduling request. Please understand there will be limited availability or no availability for rescheduling request. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours notice will be charged 50% of the service. Same day no-show fee is full cost of treatment, $65-$170 depending on service booked. Consideration will be given to emergency situations to waive fees, please notify me at your earliest convenience.
